Part time, hours flexible Position Summary Red Tree Leadership is seeking a Sales Coordinator. Qualified applicants will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have enthusiasm for excellence in their work. The Sales Coordinator will support all aspects of operations within Sales, i.e. Business Development, Communication with External Clients, Sales Tracking, Lead Qualification, Marketing Efforts, Travel, Event Planning and other administrative duties as needed. Job Functions Lead Qualification - Filter inbound leads using established criteria. Outbound contact program registrations. Manage Certified Facilitator process from point of sale through completion of certification Arrange business development meetings, Blueprint calls, and other client meetings as needed. Ensure smooth flow of operations for sales team and clients. All logistics for client events. Invoicing and contracts for all client engagements. Order placement when sales person is traveling Shipping clerk backup Other duties and projects as assigned. Run webcasts and online public training events We offer: Compensation $14 hourly depending plus scorecard bonus Flexible and fun work environment

Requirements 2-4 years administrative/sales support experience. 2 years college or equivalent experience in a business environment required. Proven track record of working with corporate clients in a business to business environment. Strong work ethic and skills to work effectively in a fast moving, interdependent team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. A strong ability to work proactively and adapt creatively. Very detail oriented
