Responsible for interpreting policies, monitoring the effectiveness and continued applicability of policies, providing for the approval and implementation of new and revised policies as necessary. ??? Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by understanding existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. ??? Guides management and employee actions by developing knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organizational values. ??? Responsible for providing insightful and comprehensive counseling in regards to employee relations, personnel policy implementation, effective use of staff and resources, legal issues, training, and service improvements. ??? Responsible for overseeing the collection and proper documentation of personnel data into the HRIS and Payroll systems from which reports such as labor, demographics, turnover, recruitment, compensation, benefit costs, and other measurable statistics. ??? Manages and administers all aspects of employee benefits and related compliance to include understanding of medical plan and other benefits, wellness initiatives, broker roles and third party administrators. ??? Oversees pre-employment and onboarding process ??? Responsible for collecting and analyzing data; generating comprehensive narrative and statistical reports. ??? Manage safety program including administration of regulatory reporting.

??? Demonstrated proficiency of Human Resource Administration experience to include a combination of the following elements: proficiency with applicable laws/regulations and management theories, including policy/procedure development, compensation management, employee relations, progressive discipline, performance appraisal/evaluation, AA/EEO, training, safety, and benefits. ??? Bachelor???s degree in related field or combination of Associate???s degree and proven field experience. Professional certification a plus. ??? Solid knowledge of employment related laws such as COBRA, F.L.S.A., F.M.L.A. and Title VII. ??? The qualified candidate must have the ability to develop effective relationships and strategic HR and business solutions ??? Ability to work remotely and travel ??? approximately 15% travel required ??? Excellent written and oral communication skills ??? Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
