Ensuring our patients have the best experience is our highest priority. The patient coordinator ensures that patients receive compassionate, courteous, and prompt service in accordance with clinic goals both in person and over the phone. A successful candidate should be a quick learner, self-motivated, detail oriented, dependable, tech savvy, and well organized while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. This position also requires a large amount of team work and allows for multiple opportunities to develop new skills in all facets of clinical operations.
Relocation costs may be covered.
The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in modern medical clinic flow, patient scheduling, and operations. Perform detailed clinical work independently and with accuracy. Office Mate software or Medical/Coding/Billing experience required. Optical/optometric experience highly preferred. Flexible schedule to meet the demand of patients and clinical operations. Willing to adapt to change and take on increased duties and responsibilities.
