As a Closer / Sales Representative, you will be required to provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to our customers along with consistently achieving sales goals. Specific duties for the Automotive Sales Representative include: Take T.O.'s from team sales members and close deals with a high success rate. ???Create results by meeting monthly sales and business development goals ???Complete all parts of a sale with a customer ???Complete all dealership paperwork in a timely and accurate manner ???Networking through social media, referrals, personal contacts, and professional contacts to generate sales leads ???Building and maintaining relationships with your customers ???Greeting walk-in customers ???Conducting walk-arounds with customers and a pre-delivery inspection when a car is sold ???Accompanying customers on test drives and demonstrating automobile features ???Following up with customer email inquiries and lead referrals ???Prospecting for new customers and develop new business relationships We need someone who is willing to take direction when needed and has the ability to lead. This individual must be a team player and able to demonstrate recent success with our qualifications.

As a Closer / Sales Representative, you must be able to build rapport with customers that helps them select the right automobile for their needs. Our ideal Closer / Sales Representative has a high degree of integrity and professionalism and is able to work well as part of a team. You must possess excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills along with the ability manage paperwork and follow-up with customers. You must have a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to develop yourself as professional.
