A fast-paced counseling center is seeking an excellent individual with good multitasking and communication skills. Job duties include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating paperwork, collecting payment, and assisting clients. Schedule will be 30 or more hours a week. Monday-Friday from about 10am-4pm.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work with a team of other Administrative Assistants; must be able to multitask and problem solve. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Google Docs is a plus.
