Job Purpose: Provide high quality Level 1 computer support for Red Touch Media???s existing and future client base over the weekend. Job Duties: ??? Answer inbound client calls and quickly resolve all issues ??? Diagnose and repair computer/network/peripheral issues remotely ??? Remote PC Administration ??? Assist documenting process???s and procedures ??? Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Required Skills/Qualifications: Must pass a Computer Aptitude test. 1 year or equivalent computer repair experience. 1 year customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Detail oriented, able to effectively multi-task and time manage projects. Beneficial but NOT required knowledge: Power shell scripting, technical writing, Imaging Software, Linux, MacOS. Experience with VPN and IP subnet networking is a plus.
