JOB PREREQUISITES: ??? Initiate, develop and foster new and existing B2B client relationships. ??? Identify, prospect and develop new accounts, and business relationships. ??? Aggressively manage and generate sales revenue by developing new business accounts and increasing current account volume levels. ??? Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins. ??? Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. ??? Must have good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills. ??? No Chinese language needed. But must be fluent in English. ??? Good interpersonal/customer relation skills and communications skills. ??? Ability to travel, attend trade show and visit customers at any given time.
