Recruit individuals to be a small business owner, as a Farmers Insurance Agent. Use sources such as job boards, DWS and other internet resources. Create relationships with candidate sources, such as LDS employment, University Career departments, Centers of Influence, etc. Conduct initial screening of candidates, by phone and personal interviews. Once candidate is selected, be a part of the early training and motivation for the new Agent. $35-40K depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives that could be another $10-15K a year.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must be energetic, articulate, have a professional demeanor, be a people person and a hard worker. Be able to sell the vision and "sizzle" of the Farmers Agency opportunity. Prior experience in recruiting/training is helpful, but we are more interested in your positive "can do" attitude. We will provide training, including insurance training.
