Description: Seeking a motivated, resilient and compellingly persuasive individual who loves nothing more than to help customers resolve their IT challenges, or find ways to proactively enhance the client experience through offering additional company solutions to meet their software and support service needs. This person will be interacting and collaborating with executive management and will be expected to maintain a customer-focused and a professional demeanor and appearance that will strengthen the B2C relationship. Education: ??? A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a manager in Customer Service. ??? Well-versed in operating a computer and using web-based software applications. ??? Computer proficient in MS Office /e-mail and show the ability to quickly learn other key company systems. ??? Experience in the Direct Sales or Network Marketing Industry is a huge plus.
