We are looking for an Account Manager in our South Jordan office. Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties: ??? Successfully manage the delivery of Verisk Health services to clients ??? Oversee assigned client projects and the validation of all applicable data and reporting ??? Ensure we are satisfying our contractual commitments ??? Serve as primary point of contact for clients for all Verisk Health, risk adjustment and clinical quality issues ??? Serve as a voice to clients as knowledge experts in risk adjustment, encounter data, payment processes and clinical quality ??? Assist in the development of strategic client plans utilizing Verisk Health services ??? Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise regarding all Verisk Health products, services, and delivery processes, with emphasis on risk adjustment and clinical quality offerings used by Verisk Health clients ??? Personally, and supervise others who, receive and respond to client requests on a timely basis, serving as the liaison between clients and Verisk Health teams to ensure products and services are delivered timely, in compliance with commitments, and in manners that satisfies clients ??? Personally, and supervise others who, manage execution of client integration processes in compliance with contract requirements, to ensure efficient and effective project launch while proactively managing client expectations ??? Personally, and supervise others who, prepare for and conduct regular, recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) client conference calls and meetings to manage expectations and drive completion of delivery activities and effectively resolve issues ??? Assist in the development of strategic client plans utilizing HRP services ??? Assist in sales and marketing efforts through trade show participation and client/prospect presentations ??? Manage day to day activities of direct report and client team members ??? Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned. ??? Must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodation.

    Requirements: ??? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and complex projects for each ??? Ability to cultivate and manage strategic business relationships with clients ??? Ability to lead cross functional Verisk Health teams to execute on complex tasks in a growing and changing environment ??? 3+ years of work experience knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Commercial Risk Adjustment and/or Clinical Quality program(s), data, and requirements ??? Attention to detail through client implementation and on-going relationship management ??? Strong communication skills both verbal and written regarding all aspects of product, service delivery and related information ??? Strong knowledge of health care operations, finance, risk adjustment and clinical quality programs. ??? 5 ??? 10 Years of client relationship / account management experience, preferably in healthcare or technical industries, or relevant product, program or project management. ??? Basic SQL / Analytics query skills ??? Bachelor???s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
