Robinson Waste has combined unparalleled service with being an environmentally conscious waste solutions provider by reducing our environmental impact in our fleet and waste disposal operations. The outside sales position has everything a professional and determined sales person could want. Responsibilities for this position include contacting commercial accounts, implementing our pre-defined and proven sales strategy, negotiating, and closing transactions. Prospective customers are small, medium and large-sized businesses that need refuse and recycling services. Description of Skills and Activity Effectively convert leads to new profitable business. ?? Identifies leads and manages prospects in assigned territory ?? Prepares and delivers commercial sales proposals ?? Follows up with key decision makers ?? Advances each sales cycle to an eventual close Effectively manages an assigned territory. ?? Identifies key prospects in territory ?? Prepares and executes a thought out strategy for key prospects ?? Track and report competitive trends in the territory ?? Accurately tracks and records prospect information in CRM software Full benefits provided including health, dental, paid vacation and holidays.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    Requirements: 2 Years of Sales experience. Face-to-face cold calling, phone-based prospecting, and follow-up skills are required. Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline with 20 to 25 transactions per month.
