A significant component of this service is our administrative support process and investment strategy implementation.

    Requirements

    **This position has flexibility allowing for 28-40 hours per week** **Bonus Potential** ABOUT YOU You have a unique ability to organize and work quickly. You see the big picture of how retrieving information efficiently is critical to our practice. You are self-motivated and able to manage and follow through on projects with minimal supervision. You have top notch Microsoft Office skills and have a basic understanding of the finance industry. You have great organizational skills, can multi-task, and maintain confidentiality. Must be energetic and enjoy a fast-paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -- Assist Investment Specialist with new and existing business task -- Work with Investment Specialist to process and track client service requests (such as address, distribution, custodian, and registration changes) -- Help maintain and update proprietary reports and client databases -- Prepare paperwork and generate proposals for client meetings -- Generate Morningstar?? reports -- Understand and become proficient in eMoney, CRM, Omni-Source -- Provide administrative support to advisors and staff -- Maintain the organization of all physical and electronic files -- Create new client files and labels -- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence -- Scan and store digital files -- Assist with other office duties as needed -- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
