    Job Description

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for partnering with senior and executive management to build and manage a successful and profitable sales team, define and execute on operational practices aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability, and fostering a culture that is in line with Techna Glass???s core values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ???Responsible for the Recruiting, Hiring, Development, Training, Coaching & Motivation of Sales staff, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their job. ???Work with CEO and other members of management to address problems when they arise. ???Outstanding customer development and management skills. ???Excellent analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and strong business planning skills. ???A high energy level, bright, articulate and dedicated achiever. ???Develops and implements strategic sales plans to address both the sales team and customer requirements. ???Directs individual and team sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly ???Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts ???Continually look for ways to improve the performance of the sales team by identifying and implementing work efficiencies through process improvement techniques. ???Provide performance feedback to all direct reports. Manage performance issues as required Conduct ongoing discussions and documentation. Prepare annual performance appraisal. ???Provide opportunities for personal & professional growth within the organization. This includes communication and programs which foster an environment, which rewards accomplishment and encourages the advancement and retention of productive employees.

    REQUIREMENTS: ???A Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience. ???5+ years of experience managing sales teams with a proven track record of sales performance. ???Experience with Microsoft office products, such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. ???Leadership skills, initiative, a detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and decisive decision making skills. ???To work in a team environment, presenting a professional image and commanding the respect of staff, peers, and senior management. ???Excellent organization and project management skills.
