    Job Description

    Work from home. We use VRBO.com to rent our two vacation homes to people from all over the world. We are looking for someone to check for and reply to these requests throughout the day as necessary. This job also will entail a "Morning telephone call" in which we will discuss current rental requests, maintenance issues for the homes, etc. After the telephone call is completed, all tasks outlined therein, must be completed in a timely manner, with very little supervision. Most mornings the entire process is completed in 1/2 hour to 2 hours. The base pay for this position is $375.00 per month for the "morning telephone call" and completion of tasks, any additional work, outside of this scope will be compensated for hourly.

    This is a contract position.

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    Preferred: Mature, Reliable candidate with good computer skills, fast comprehension and a home office in the Millcreek, Sugar house, Avenues or Downtown area of Salt Lake. An ideal applicant will be able to type 40+ words per minute, be proficient with GMail, MSWord, and the internet. Must have a fax machine(or email equivalent), have an easy disposition, some flexibility in their schedule. Occasional delivery of office materials may be necessary. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EARLY MORNING. This job is 6 days a week, 1/2 hour-2 hours per day. This is a local job, you will meet the employer and be trained in person.
