The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, developing, launching, and growing new channel partners to achieve various business objectives which include, but are not limited to: 1. Lead generation 2. Enrollment generation 3. Content integration Some examples of activities which will be required to achieve these objectives include: - Marketing plan development and execution. This will require working with our various channel marketing partners to establish, and be accountable for, the delivery of monthly lead generation goals. This will also require coordination with internal partners (e.g. Content, Operations, Sales) and external partners (e.g. PR, Creative Agency) to develop marketing collateral required to execute campaigns. - Cost/benefit and ROI analysis to ensure the efficient and optimal use of Marketing budget, assets, and resources. Will also require the ability to understand architecting and executing campaign testing to drive optimal results. - Campaign creation and system testing. Requires the ability to test campaigns with various internal and external systems, along with a working knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing platforms. Must have experience with marketing automation and associated programs. - Portfolio Marketing. Development, execution, and analysis of nurturing campaigns to engage our installed base of customers and prospects with an objective to convert these into contract sales and higher fee subscription products. - Retention Marketing. Execute initiatives to bring back Mvelopes members who have downgraded or canceled their service. Also may be involved with bringing back Coaching clients who have downgraded or canceled their service. - Affiliate Marketing. Management and oversight of our affiliate program. This may include growing our current platform and program, and/or identifying alternative approaches to increase the volume and reach of our affiliate network. Will also include the expansion of the program to additional product verticals.

1. Proficiency with Excel and Data Analytics. 2. Bachelor???s degree (Master???s preferred), and 2+years of post-college work experience in a related field. 3. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Experience in digital marketing, familiarity with supporting technology and associated metrics. 5. Outstanding project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally. 6. B2B and/or Business Development skills or experience a plus. 7. Willingness to travel 5-25% per month.
