Valley Mental Health's Human Resources Department is seeking a dependable office specialist with a minimum of one year full-time office experience. Good judgment, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality is required. MS Office proficiency and receptionist experience preferred. Must be available to work Tuesday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Cover letter is required.
Looking for a service and team-focused Office Specialist to assist with the day-to-day operations and functions of Valley Mental Health's Human Resources department. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Key duties will be front desk and phone coverage, creating and maintaining employee files and scanning documents. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented team player, with excellent telephone, listening, and customer-service skills. Problem solving, multi-tasking and taking ownership in accomplishing new and different requests are essential.
