OFFICE MANAGER Prime Acceptance Corporation ??? Salt Lake City, Utah SUMMARY: The focus of this position is to manage and maintain an efficient and productive environment within various departments. As the Office Manager you will perform a variety of duties within a fast paced Corporate Office. You will be responsible for the supervision and leadership over administrative staff with a number of staff members that will report directly to you and look to you for leadership. Providing a high level of service to our network of automobile dealers and to our staff is crucial. This position interfaces with our underwriting, funding, accounting, and collections department as well as, automobile dealers, customers, vendors and credit reference sources. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. ABOUT PAC: Prime Acceptance Corp. is a financial services company specializing in the acquisition and servicing of sub-prime and no-prime automotive retail installment contracts. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Prime originated indirect retail installment contracts through a network of automobile dealers. All collections and loan servicing are performed in-house from its central facility. We apply the controls and disciplines of management experience, sound underwriting, and respectful account management to maximize profitability and develop opportunities for our employees to contribute and grow within our company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ??? Miscellaneous duties such as helping with overall office moral, ordering office supplies, handling office maintenance. ??? Accurately complete daily deposits, reconciliations, funds disbursement and other various accounting tasks. ??? Closely communicate with members in our automotive dealership networks, state DMV offices, and banks. ??? Accurately and effectively communicate with management and administrative personnel. ??? Learn and comply with all Prime Acceptance Corporation???s rules of conduct, policies, and procedures. ??? Perform other related duties as required or as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: ??? Experience specifically in Automotive Finance is preferred but not required, any experience within the consumer finance industry or the automotive industry is however required. ??? Ability to learn quickly, motivate others, and leadership qualities. ??? Experienced in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. ??? Desire to build and maintain long lasting professional relationships. ??? Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner. ??? Strong verbal/written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast paced environment.
