The Lil Dribbler Preschool Program Director, hereafter called ???director???, is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the lil dribbler preschool program. The director will manage all lil dribbler teachers. They will create and maintain a monthly schedule of teacher class assignments. The director will conduct initial training of new teachers. The director will conduct monthly teacher status meetings. The director will help create new curriculum games/activities. The director will be responsible for new class creation. The director will establish class day and times to accommodate customer requirements. The director will ???open??? a new class and conduct class registration, program waiver and initial payment. The director will be responsible for the upkeep of the lil dribbler room and equipment. The director will work with the Business/Marketing Manager to plan appropriate methods of marketing of the lil dribbler program.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Required: High School graduate; experience with similar type programs such as dance, tumbling, cheer, etc; experience working with young children; FUN PERSONALITY and WELL ORGANIZED. Not required but helpful: Soccer background; knowledge of basic MS computer applications; experience supervising employees or coworkers. Questions for application: 1.
