The Utah Hotel & Lodging Association is looking for an executive assistant. Responsibilities include scheduling, filing, customer relations, event planning and any duties to assist the Executive Director. The ideal applicant will have great interpersonal and organizational skills. He/she will preferably have event planning experience and the ability to work independently. The ideal applicant must write well and have strong communication skills. Experience with quick books and/or design a plus.
