    Job Description

    Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, efficient and resourceful. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Principal Responsibilities: Manage Executive Calendar Daily; appointments, events, conference calls (responsible for maintenance and accuracy of daily schedule) Manage Executive level social media accounts and corporate intranet and website Point of contact for all Executive Correspondence ??? prepare and send follow up correspondence as directed Coordinate Executive travel including, airfare, hotel and rental cars Coordinate projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff. Preparing reports, presentations, manage budgets and other financial matters General upkeep of Executive space Conduct internet research to keep the executive staff up to date on issues that are important to the company May be responsible for supervising lower level staff such as receptionists or administrative assistants Other assigned tasks as necessary Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

    Required Skills: ??? 5+ years experience supporting at the executive level ??? Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings ??? Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations ??? Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ??? Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management Must pass a pre hire background check Strongly Prefer: ??? Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment ??? Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes ??? Bachelor???s degree
