    Job Description

    Job Summary ??? Answer all incoming calls and route them properly ??? Provide effective secretarial support for the President and other staff ??? Provide general office support including ordering/maintaining inventory of all supplies and equipment, petty cash and mail ??? Provide customer service; answering questions, taking orders (using Company???s Visual software), information requests and problem solving, including tracking and shipping demo equipment ??? Provide support for Motion Control customers ??? Organize and file marketing data and material ??? Assist marketing department with clinical feedback, surveys or other marketing information ??? Track the inventory of marketing materials ??? Process special requests and assist departments with projects as needed

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    Qualifications ??? General clerical skills; keyboard experience using personal computers ??? Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office; Outlook, MS Word and Excel ??? Good interpersonal skills and experience working with the public ??? A positive attitude is essential ??? Good written and verbal communication skill are needed ??? Must be dependable, flexible and capable to work independently at times ??? Demonstrates excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail ??? Exhibits exceptional time management and prioritization skills ??? Ability to anticipate needs of President and proactively offer support ??? Work effectively with customers, and vendors to ensure productive business relationships ??? Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously ??? Ability to work effectively with minimal supervisory guidance ??? Ability to learn quickly is beneficial Work hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
