Revenue Accounting is responsible for reviewing and posting the distribution of the revenue to the Driver and to the agencies involved in the transaction at the completion of the every move. Following established formulae, the Revenue Accounting staff justifies the hours, miles, and fees for services reported prior to their distribution through communication with the involved parties. - According to company policy and procedure, review the AR-23s and wagon tickets, document labor performed by packers, loaders, and drivers at origin and their complementary services at destination, ensuring that all of Mesa???s services are authorized by the shipper and that they correspond with the normal flow of the subject move - Communicate with dispatch or drivers??? assistant to gather needed paperwork or answer remaining questions in a timely and professional basis - Accurately input data and release orders through pricing within 10 days of delivery - Request invoices within a 48-hour window, based on the verified labor and delivery charges - Accurately post data to the billing system and verify correct codes were utilized - Monthly customer invoicing - Ability to visualize the moving process analytically to determine if the work flow supports the services and amounts invoiced - Resolving discrepancies with the van line???s personnel, local employees, or owner /operators to distribute revenue properly

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree in a related field preferred - Experience: 1-3 years in general accounting required, additional 1-3 years in invoicing, accounts receivable or analysis preferred - Van Line or moving experience preferred but not required - Strong business math, PC literacy, document control, and verbal communication skills.
