Description Aspen Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly self motivated person for our Customer Service Representative position within our 3PL warehouse. Qualified applicant will control the timely and accurate processing of customer receipts, orders and special requests. Applicant will also be responsible for system updates using multiple applications and processes including WMS (Warehouse Management System), EDI transactions, and Microsoft Office applications. This is not a call center environment.

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    Requirements ???Full time position -Schedule is Monday ??? Friday with hours from 8:00am-4:30pm ???May require some overtime ???Salary based on experience ???Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent ???Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer service representative ???Understanding of (3PL) Third Party Logistics process and procedures ???Able to work under pressure, multitask ???Computer literate and good analytical skills ???Pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and E-verify are required and paid by company Benefits ???Competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after completion 90-day orientation period ???Paid holidays and Recognition incentive programs ???After one year of service, eligible for 401(k) and vacation ???We are a family owned company and have a great team environment
