Identigene, a leader in DNA and paternity testing services, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join the client support team. Duties include communication with customers through inbound calls and email, monitoring customer order status, recording customer comments and general resolution of customer inquiries. This is not a cold calling sales position or high pressure environment. We offer an excellent starting pay of $11 to $13/hour DOE and also incredible benefits which include paid vacation and holidays, Health, Dental, 401(k) and more! Work schedule is Monday through Friday, no weekends and no evenings!
