Two positions available. Line auditor six months of manufacturing experience preferred. Requires all policies and procedures for the testing of product and environment are followed in order to ensure the highest quality of product, and implement expedient results, corrective actions and preventative measures when needed. - Determine the sampling requirements of the incoming material. - Inspect incoming materials for damage or missing codes. - Compare the physical items to the receiving traveller and to the supplier COA for accuracy and completeness. - Pull samples from incoming materials; ie. Ingredients and packaging, according to cGMP requirements. - Test samples against an established control sample. - Use the computer to enter results, update for expiration and for release if applicable. - Follow the department procedures for placing items on hold if they do not meet specification. - Filling out and filing of all paperwork associated with incoming materials - Ensure that release procedures for incoming material meet Nellson requirements Pass/fail incoming materials according to specifications. - Maintain verification and retention procedures for all incoming materials - Provide raw material COA???s for recalls, audits, and complaint resolutions when needed - Train and supervise new employees - Order equipment and supplies $12.00 per hr, referral bonuses.
