1. Work with engineers to develop new products and processes. 2. Build and test prototypes. 3. Test and validate new products and/or equipment. 4. Write work instructions, part specifications and other documentation. 5. Implement efficiency and quality improvements. 6. Aid in reworking and troubleshooting RMA???s. 7. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: Minimum High School Diploma Professional Certifications: ??? IPC 610 Preferred ??? GMP training preferred Experience Required: ??? A minimum of one year previous experience in electronics and/or medical device manufacturing or product development. Skills and Abilities Required: ??? PCB assembly with SMT soldering experience ??? Mechanical assembly experience ??? Wiring/harness knowledge ??? Able to read drawings and schematics ??? Quality inspection experience ??? Must have good hand eye coordination. ??? Must have good organizational skills. ??? Must be thorough and detail oriented. ??? Must have excellent reading, writing and communication skills in the English language. ??? Must be able to work independently with little supervision. ??? Must have excellent problem solving skills. ??? Must be able to handle stressful situations. ??? Must have excellent people skills. ??? Must be proficient in computer skills with 2 years experience using Microsoft Office. ??? Must have excellent reading comprehension. Desired Qualifications: ??? Experience of working under microscope ??? Knowledge of FDA/ISO for medical devices ??? Basic machining knowledge
