Sage Pest Control is looking for a friendly, hard-working customer service representative. This is a part-tim, seasonal position to help with our busy sales season. This position will include working closely with service and sales departments to provide great customer service. Duties will also include: - Taking sales calls from sales representatives - Answering general customer service calls in regards to scheduling and billing - Processing payments - Processing paperwork - Working with management to develop customer service approaches and policies - Other general office duties Position is weekdays part-time in the evenings and some Saturdays will be required.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Applicant should have great people skills, and be able to prioritize tasks. They should also have a proficiency with Windows, Office, and multiple browsers. Other requirements will include: acquiring product knowledge, data entry skills, organization, verbal communication, customer focus, and multi-tasking
