Job Summary: Work with our customers to understand external customer needs, problems, issues, questions, goals, and prioritize the requirements in a way that will allow for accurate development and delivery of agreed upon solutions. Create detailed documents of customer requests that will be provided to the engineering team for development. Work with our customers through the full life-cycle of their request, from collecting all information at the start, to demonstrating the finished product at the end, and make sure all of our customers' needs are met. Duties and Responsibilities: Must exhibit consistent proficiency with English grammar/usage. Displays thorough knowledge of publications design concepts with the ability to produce quality documents within a compressed schedule. Exhibits expertise with document publishing tools including, advanced Microsoft (MS) Word functions, including use of document templates and styles. Exhibits consistent proficiency with graphics development tools including Adobe Photoshop and demonstrates ability to tailor the structure, contents and function of documents to serve specific informational needs. Demonstrates ability to translate complex business and system concepts for communication to diverse audiences and to perform business process analysis and accurately capture process information for use within documentation products. Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively with verbal communication to technical personnel and derive technical design details for technical publications. Has the ability to provide team members with MS Word and Excel problem-solving support. Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times to customers and staff. Manages, coordinates, and assists in all aspects of new projects; maintains an on-going list of priority projects and tasks. Verifies and qualifies new orders for processing per company policy. Manages projects to contract specifications Routinely engages with customers regarding material and resource requirements. Assists in purchasing of materials based on anticipated in-house projects. Keeps customers and associated personnel continuously informed about project status which includes Ready For Demonstrations, 3rd Party Issue???s, Ticket Log jam, and Response Required From Customer. Makes project introduction and exit calls and prepares project close out documentation when needed. Communicates effectively with customers and internal staff; responds quickly to the emergency needs of customers and staff Projects a favorable image of the company when interfacing with the outside / inside community.

Skills and Requirements for Performance: Experience with the entire Client/User Solutions Development lifecycle including but not limited to: requirements gathering-definition-redefinition, RFP/Client Proposal Development (RFP client negotiation-compromise-approval process), technical resource coordination resulting in the design and implementation of the solution(s), systems documentation, User acceptance testing including user follow up. Experience and ability to proactively look for common requests, problems, questions and issues and advise internal technical teams accordingly regarding system changes, feature additions, system access and new technology additions. Must possess a strong desire to proactively solve problems with the use of technology Must have a strong desire to understanding external client needs, problems, issues, questions and goals and prioritize the requirements in a way that will allow for accurate development and delivery of agreed upon solutions. Must be able to manage multiple projects (various phases of multiple customer engagements) simultaneously while communicating with key stakeholders...all with close attention to project time-lines, milestones, and guidelines Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management methodologies Must have excellent mathematical, organizational, and communication skills. Must have personal and professional initiative, attention to detail and follow through. Performs assigned duties accurately and efficiently Related Project Coordination/ Management experience in the software development industry is a plus Possesses and applies solid business judgment Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Ability to perform a variety of tasks at a high level of accuracy / multi task Ability to lead and direct the work of others Has positive interaction with clients and company employees Daily attendance and punctuality are required for this position Three years experience in Project Coordination/ Management Two years college education in English, technical writing and other related skills
