Nurse Practitioner (APRN) Pay Rate/Range: Competitive salary/production bonuses may apply Job Description Join a dynamic and fast growing clinic with established patient base from referrals throughout the northern Wasatch front as well as Southern Idaho and Wyoming. Our clinic maintains standard of care for pain management in accordance to evidence based treatment plans and we have been delivering safe and effective pain management to the community for the past seven years. This is your opportunity to become part of a premier clinic specializing in pain and hormone replacement treatment. The successful candidate will assess and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries for pain, neurology and hormone replacement therapy clinics as well as provide preventative care. Refer patient to appropriate medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary. This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as defined within Credentialing and Scope of Practice. Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. Prescribe and administer medication. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in medical treatment facility. Deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient???s family, clinical staff, and others; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes. Keep license current and attend appropriate CME educational opportunities. This is a full-time position at our clinic in So. Ogden.
