Organize and direct the day to day operation of the senior program.
Relocation costs may be covered.
1. Education and Experience: A. Graduation from college or university with a bachelor???s degree in business administration, gerontology, or social work. B. Two to three years of experience performing above or related duties; C. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Some knowledge of the methods and techniques of developing and operating senior programs and activities; of the philosophy and objectives of community senior programming; senior activities; community and public relations; of equipment, facilities, operations and techniques used in a comprehensive community senior program; the operation of personal computers and various software applications including spread sheets, word processing, etc. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, various age groups, other organizations, and the public; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. 3. Special Qualifications: Possession of a valid driver???s license is desirable.
