Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area. *Support the planning, development, implementation, and onsite coordination of events. *Provide company-wide travel arrangements (both business and pleasure) that are accurate and cost-effective within company guidelines and standards. *Run errands. *Provide general clerical duties, including scheduling, filing, answering phone, and providing reports. *Greet and accommodate guests. *Maintain proper distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail. *Assist executive-level employees. *Purchase office supplies, office equipment and furniture, and other consumables. *Other duties as assigned.     *Bachelor???s degree or equivalent experience. *Computer literate and proficient using MS Windows suite. *Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. *Professional appearance and manner. *High performance individual that is persistent and self-motivated to accomplish tasks. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels. *Experience in office management preferred. *Experience in travel planning preferred. *Have personal vehicle available for transportation. *Ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds.
