TXM is a small asset management firm holding several businesses and commercial properties nationwide. Potential candidates will be employed at the company's headquarters in Alpine, UT. The ideal candidate for this job will likely have a strong background in both accounting and real estate. Work experience in commercial or residential development, property management, hospitality, etc is a huge plus. If you don't have the experience, the ability to quickly learn and solve problems in a creative manner, paired with a strong background of success in other endeavors may be sufficient. TXM's work environment is very entrepreneurial and provides exposure to many different industries and opportunities. POSSIBLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate / monitor operational performance of individual businesses and properties Strategic planning and execution including cash flow analysis and planning Oversee accounting function of several businesses/projects Some minor HR responsibilities Tax strategy, AR and AP function oversight Communicate with Vendors Regulatory compliance filings

Manager will be responsible for many aspects of administration with some job responsibilities determined by the applicant's strengths and abilities. This position requires a well‐organized person with a strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently solve unstructured problems. Polite, personable and honest Bachelors degree required (preferably in accounting/finance or an MBA) 2+ years of experience preferred but not required Familiarity with Microsoft Office products especially Excel Information Systems experience a plus
