We are looking for a part time Billing/Book Keeping Secretary with excellent people skills to join our team. Applicant must be organized, thorough, professional, self-motivator, and have good computer skills. Responsibilities: - Invoicing - Book keeping - Answering phones - Filing - Office cleaning - Office supplies - Coping and making deliverable for Clients - Office support Work Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday
Relocation costs may be covered.
- Basic Accounting experience - Must be technical, organized, and detail-oriented. - Must be professional, friendly, and confident and be able to show that over the phone while talking to clients. - Must be able to quickly and thoroughly learn accounting software. - Must be self-managed. - Must be a quick learner. - Customer service experience is a significant plus. - Proficient with of QuickBooks.
