Foundation Holdings buys, fixes and sells real estate all over the Wasatch front. We purchase distressed homes and beautifully renovate them. Our company improves neighborhoods and makes our buyer's dream to own a move-in ready home come true. We have been in the business for over 10 years. Our company is aggressively growing and we need top notch people for continued growth. Currently we are seeking a project manager that is honest, an extremely hard worker, ethical, completes tasks on time and on budget, follows through and pays close attention to detail. This is a very "hands on" job, our managers are expected to work harder than anyone else on the job site. If you do not encompass all of these qualities please do not apply. We do a thorough background check. We only hire the best! Most of the projects we do are single family residential homes. A normal project takes approximately 4 weeks to complete.
This is a contract position.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Ability to work remotely without supervision. Great work and character references. Own a smart phone. Have experience in several construction trades and/or project management. Honest Ethical On time On budget Resourceful Exceptional character, manages others effectively.
