We currently have openings for Full Time Technical Support Representatives. The Technical Support Representative will work to reduce service ticket creation and provide both customers and technicians with superior service through both inbound and outbound problem resolution. The successful applicant will be working 30-40 hours Monday - Saturday between the hours of 7 am - 10 pm. Preference will be given to those with experience installing and/or troubleshooting Honeywell alarm systems. Pay is $10 - $12 an hour depending on experience. Paid Time Off and Medical benefits available.
Relocation costs may be covered.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or higher 1-3 years experience in the home security industry with either installing or troubleshooting alarm systems a plus. Experience with Honeywell security systems a big plus. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Organization Skills and strong proactivity and attention to detail Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a big plus Experience with troubleshooting and analyzing technical situations strongly preferred. Any experience with installing or troubleshooting video cameras, thermostats, etc a plus
