Blossom Fine Foods, a high volume gluten-free bakery in Salt Lake, is seeking a hardworking full-time baker. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great work ethic. One year of kitchen experience or culinary schooling is preferred.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Applicant must be able to: ??? work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. ??? Operate machinery including commercial mixer, batter depositor, and bowl lift. ??? Able to work on feet for long periods of time ??? Lift at least 50 lbs ??? Take direction well and closely follow procedures ??? Obtain food handlers permit or Servsafe certificate Job responsibilities include: ??? Scaling and recording ingredients accurately ??? Baking and decorating gluten-free cakes, brownies and quickbreads at a high standard ??? Being mindful of sanitation practices and cross-contamination at all times
