Manage all brand communications through digital channels to ensure that the consumer has a rich barebones brand experience. Develop campaigns to generate consumer demand for our products. Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital / online marketing strategy. - Manage communications and campaigns through the barebones website. Oversee email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing. - Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment. - Work with SEO specialists to: Optimize the design, usability, and content to increase conversion and drive consumer engagement. - Develop and execute plans to increase page views, unique visitors, site visit time and site ???stickiness??? to encourage repeat usage. - Preform A/B testing, monitor site performance and analytics - Manage online PPC advertising - Pull together and manage Affiliate Programs - Explore new technologies and developments in the digital realm to more effectively engage consumers and attain business objectives. - Maintain current and accurate information and updates to web content including programs, product, and services. - Monitor all barebones social networks including the barebones blog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ - Observe and respond to barebones mentions online - Write and research blog posts and other content for social media. Use Google Alerts to monitor current news, blog posts and media to provide content. - Identify and interact with key influencers online, through blog comments, twitter conversations, FB mentions, etc??? Education and Experience Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing in a consumer branding and ecommerce environment. - Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand - Familiar with digital content management - Experience with search engine marketing - Proficiency using analytics tools to track and report on response rates, traffic - BA/BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing preferred - Specific knowledge or experience in the following preferred: o PPC o Retargeting o Analytics o Email Marketing o Affiliate Programs o SEO o Word Press o Magento
