Job Description
Cell Tower Crews Needed immediately!
Become a member of Americom Technology’s growing technical teams performing crucial upgrades to enhance cellular services from multiple carriers throughout the intermountain west.
Tower Foremen, Top Hands, Ground Hands, and crewmen needed immediately. Prefer prior experience, but willing to train the right individuals in entry level positions. Must have required certifications; First Aid & CPR, Tower Climbing & Rescue Certification, possess advanced knowledge of various specific aspects of RF Tower work, within assigned area of expertise. Examples include, (LTE, UMTS, AAV, GSM, and site construction.) Responsible for tower-top rigging and installation of bracing, mounts, antennas, lines, etc., as required for each project, this includes the safety and adequacy of the rigging, and effectiveness to complete the required work without damaging the tower or systems. The overall responsibility of all work performed on the tower(s). Knowledge of electrical, and RF theory, along with the operation of RF test gear, and familiarity of basic civil work skills used to build new telecommunications sites. Must be comfortable working in an elevated environment, climbing towers to heights of up to 350 feet. Perform a variety of labor-intensive tasks, operate power, and hand tools. Must be able to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions; this includes extreme temperatures ranging from -30° to +120°. Wage/Salary DOE.

Requirements
This individual must have on the job Tower Top Hand experience in the wireless construction industry and be able to travel within the Western United States. Certifications required are, First Aid & CPR, Tower Climbing & Rescue Certification.(Will train right person) Must possess advanced knowledge of various specific aspects of RF Tower work, within assigned area of expertise. Knowledge of electrical, and RF theory, along with the operation of RF test gear, and familiarity of basic civil work skills used to build new telecommunications sites. Solid customer service skills with a proven track record of effective communication on all levels from; General Contractor, Subcontractor, Inspector, Laborer, etc. Possess general knowledge and ability to operate power tools and hand tools. Must possess organizational skills necessary to manage and maintain highly productive work environment at all times. Understands the importance of ensuring Company assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, etc.); are properly and continuously maintained in good repair and secured in a safe and secure manner.
Must maintain good clean driving record, must be able to pass drug testing and have clean background check. If you do not have a current drivers license with a clean driving record or a clean background do not apply.
