Job Description
Better Business Bureau (BBB) has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate! We are seeking a full time Retention Specialist. This person is a key contact between accredited business members and BBB primarily through outbound telephone calls.
Qualifications include intermediate-level skills in Internet use, Microsoft Outlook, and Word. Outstanding customer service skills including E-mail and outbound telephone customer service, must be detail oriented; ability to work with an array of personalities; and the ability to work with or without phone scripts.
Base salary of $10.00/hour plus commission available. Full benefits package available after probationary period is complete - health, dental, life insurance and long term disability insurance; flexible spending account. Also a 401K, with profit sharing and match, available after 12 months.
