Avalon School of Cosmetology is currently seeking an individual for an administrative position at our school. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and administrative skills. The Financial Aid Coordinator is responsible for working with students to complete their financial aid processing. Duties include: meeting with both prospective and current students to explain financial aid process, field questions from students about their financial aid situation, collect documentation, data entry and month end reporting. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: HS Diploma required. 1-5 years??? experience in an administrative position, must have an outstanding personality and be a great communicator who can multitask; in addition you will have to be computer literate.
