Job Description
Audits each department hourly employee books for compliance to the hourly review process. Maintains the review process spreadsheet for hourly employees.

Determines the most appropriate recruiting methods in order to obtain the best qualified staffing agency employees. Conducts interviews of all prospective staffing agency employees. Will assist in auditing of staffing facilities annually and recommends necessary changes or improvements.

Coordinates all locker assignments.

Maintains and supports the planning and organization of all employee goodwill functions in such a manner as to optimize employee satisfaction.

Coordinates and supports teams and leagues comprised of Hoyt employees to encourage outside sports-related activities. Participates as a member of the Archery Park Committee.

Will coordinate all Wellness initiatives for Hoyt.

Will place all employees purchase orders, notify employees when order is ready for pick up and will coordinate and work with accounting to ensure employees can pay for purchases during their lunches and breaks and after work.

Implements and maintains programs designed to keep employees informed on company issues, i.e. employee newsletters, bulletin boards, periodic companywide meetings with the President. This also applies to all employee goodwill and wellness programs.

Will be the back-up for the receptionist. Will cover for breaks, lunches, vacation, and sick.

Designs, Implements, updates and maintains all employee orientations programs to including staffing agency employees.

Will distribute all pay checks.

Will be responsible for all vending machines.

All others duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Training and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree and at least three (3) years HR experience required.

2 years’ experience at working with and staffing to Production requirements with Temporary employees required.

Experience at planning social events requires.

Experience planning Archery events preferred.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to clearly communicate either written or oral.

Excellent computer skills
