Job Description
Prime Insurance Company is seeking driven and educated team players who possess a strong business aptitude that will provide five star customer care for numerous lines of business. The ability to adapt to complex products and services is essential while displaying a positive attitude, forward moving skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Client and Contract Services position
Reviews incoming business transactions and related information for accuracy, and quality. Works with underwriter and other areas to resolve any discrepancies and process insurance policies in a timely manner.
Determines workflow activities required to process insurance policy based on line of business.
Reads, interprets, and produces accurately the policies and endorsements associated with any risk.
Responds to policy service requests from underwriters, agents, and brokers for multiple lines of business.
Distributes quote letters and/or insurance policies to agents, brokers, underwriters, and/or insureds.
Participates in quality reviews and provides feedback to management; may perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
General knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services;
Detail oriented
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work;
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook and other business related software.
An undergraduate college degree is required. Some work experience in a business environment would also be preferred.
