Sales Team Lead

What will you do?
In this role, the Sales Team Lead will:
• Close sales from qualified leads set by our team of Admissions Advisors;
• Manage day-to-day activities and accountabilities of Admissions Advisors;
• Lead and train Admissions Advisors daily through call monitoring and 1-on-1 interaction based on the philosophy and system used by our dept.;
• Lead trainings and meetings in group settings;
• Track sales metrics, phone activities, and lead management of Admissions Advisors;
• Create weekly reporting for admissions advisers and personal sales activities per sales director's instructions
What competencies/skills/personality traits do you need to have?
• Leadership, Resourcefulness, Ambition, Hard-working
• Sales, Management, Problem Solving, Communication
• Proven track record of success, self-awareness, strong scripting and training skills
What are your first year accountabilities?
• Learning and internalizing our philosophy and qualification process
• Successfully train and develop 3+ new hires to achieve Legacy Club
• Close over $3 million in sales

Requirements
We prefer you to have experience in the following areas: 2 years + industry experience as an appointment setter, closer, and manager/trainer in the industry. Champion mind-set. MUST HAVE WON SOMETHING. Real estate, internet marketing, education field, seminar industry.
Income: 100% Commission ($250k first year, $500k by end of second year)
