Preparing dinner five nights a week in a single station open kitchen. Setting up of the station and developing daily specials. Preparing all mise en place for the dinner menu and breaking down the station.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Must have four years of experience in a high quality kitchen and have worked various line positions as well. Must have strong knife skills and good understanding of combining ingredients and protiens.Needs to be a great team player and be willing to help in all areas of production.
