Job Description
Exceptionally busy and growing optometrist office is looking for a full time, reliable, professional receptionist: This position requires a people friendly personality, with the ability to multitask. Handling a high volume of phone calls with a professional and happy demeanor is mandatory.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, registering patients and checking patients out. There will also be insurance billing. Some contact lens training and optical dispensing.

Requirements
Must have at least three years of medical office experience. The proper candidate needs to be Microsoft & Excel proficient with strong computer skills. . Knowledge of website & face book management a huge plus.
We are open Monday thru Saturday. Must be able to work until 7pm two days a week.
