We are a custom home design firm looking for a receptionist/office assistant. The job will include answering phones, greeting clients, typical office work, use of Quickbooks, etc. Must be personable and have good organizational skills. We utilize CAD software and you will need to be not only willing, but excited to learn basic uses of the software to help with work load. We design great houses and work with great people!
Relocation costs may be covered.
-Detail oriented -Must be proficient with computers -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office -Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required -Speak Fluent English -Have own transportation -Able to dress and present yourself modestly/professionally -Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and clientele -Must work well with others and get along in a team environment -Must be a good multitasker and have the ability to prioritize and organize -Goal oriented
