Job Description
Coordinates the treatment of patients assigned, develops specific treatment goals. Conducts individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients.
Requirements
Minimum of a Masters Degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or marriage and family therapy or related field.
Minimum of two years experience in the area of child and/or adolescent treatment is preferred along with a thorough knowledge of emotionally disturbed children and adolescents.
Intervention techniques of individual, group and family therapy in working with patients and their families. A basic knowledge of educational, psychological, family and social work systems as related to special education and behavior treatment.
Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.
Must be credentialed and privileged to perform all clinical functions including the emergency initiation of emergency special treatment procedures.
