    Job Description

    Sewell Direct is a leading maker of accessories for Home Theater, Computers, Networking, and much more. Not only does Sewell Direct do business on their own website, we also manage multi-million dollar accounts on retail channels such as Amazon and eBay. We are looking for someone that can maximize our products??? potential on these external websites. The position includes listing new products online that Sewell Direct manufactures, and managing thousands of other listings that are already live. The candidate will also be talking to account reps at these sites, making sure competitors can???t list on our listings, and making sure that Sewell is also complying with seller rules on these sites. The job also entails coming up with creative ways to improve search rankings within these sites, creating promotions that give Sewell???s products more exposure, and working to expand our reach to Amazon fulfillment centers around the world. Because of the high value of these marketing channels, there are great rewards for improvements to our external sales channels, as well as great risks such as losing highly valued rankings to the competition. Job Details Job Title: Online Retail Manager Schedule: Full time (40 hrs/wk, M-F) Compensation: $36K - $50K DOE with significant performance bonuses Benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contribution, and Paid Time-off

    Relocation costs may be covered.

    Requirements

    Self-Managing: The ideal candidate has the ability to come up with their own daily agenda, and is smart enough to prioritize the tasks that will maximize Sewell???s growth in these online retail channels. Strong Business Acumen: Experience using 3rd party sites such as Amazon as a retail channel is not required, but the ideal candidate must have good business acumen with an understanding of analyzing a product???s profitability, and also a basic understanding of online retail. Computer Skill: Proficient in business computer tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Organized: The ideal candidate can create his/her own organizational system to perform all tasks efficiently and on-time. Punctual and Present: Success with this position requires a time commitment; the ideal candidate will be present and on-time.
