Cornerstone Home Lending is currently seeking a motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and energetic Administrative Assistant to support one of the nation???s top LO teams in the residential mortgage business.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Responsibilities: ??? Work with and support a top producing residential loan officer and team ??? Fulfill administrative duties (scanning, printing, filing, scheduling, mail, phones, supplies, meetings) ??? Answer phones and direct the communication as appropriate ??? Support and assist with marketing duties and projects (database input and utilization, mass mailings/distribution, emails, events, research) ??? Involvement in marketing meetings including maintaining project list ??? Correspondence, communication, and other administrative tasks as necessary to support team with borrowers and referral sources. Requirements: ??? 2 years administrative experience ??? Experience in mortgage, title or real estate a plus ??? Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook, email, database) ??? Professional phone and customer service skills ??? Ability to multi-task and successfully balance a variety of duties and projects. ??? Common sense, organized, accurate, quick learner This position is for an individual who desires a stable, long-term position with a strong company, and a best-in-class residential lending team.
