Our technology runs an organically successful e-commerce website at SimpleTire.com in the direct to consumer tire business. We sell tires from our distribution centers from all over the US and compete with the likes of TireRack, DiscountTire, and TireBuyer. Over the past 16 months we have come from zero sales and visitors to over 8k visitors per day and a nice conversion rate. The business model is scalable and ready for the next phase a growth, with a trend set to triple revenue by year end. We are looking for a full-time, in house, search engine optimization and marketing director to work hand in hand with the small team behind the technology and operations of this online business. Candidates should be organized, motivated and self-directed workers with the ability to adapt, manage details, and create efficient work habits while understanding the idiosyncrasies of marketing in our niche. Primary duties include: + Brand Building + Keyword Research + Writing / Blogging + On Page Optimization + Creating Markets + Competitive Research + Conversion Reporting

+ Expert knowledge of marketing, branding, SEO/SEM + Strong website usability and content organization skills + A minimum of 3 years experience focusing on internet marketing and SEO + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Excellent written, grammar and verbal communication skills + Intermediate knowledge using HTML + Experience with Google Adwords and other forms of PPC/SEM + Experience using various SEO Tools to analyze data + Any examples that you can show with a proven track record
